*Pit Crew Release of Liability*

Witnesseth:

That for and in consideration of the undersigned participant being allowed to participate in the demolition derby conducted by the Big Horn County Fair to be held on the 6th day of August, 2006 at the Fair Grounds in Basin, Wyoming together with the consideration of the being allowed to compete for prize money and without any other representation, promise or agreement written or oral, I hereby release and discharge the said Big Horn County Fairboard, their officers, members, and agents and any other parties in interest for all whatsoever, and including, but without limitation of the foregoing, all liability for damages or every kind, nature or description which I may incur participation in the Demolition Derby and which may arise from or out of injuries and damages known and unknown permanent or otherwise receive by me at or near said Demolition Derby.

I have read and understood this release.

We, the undersigned parents of the above participant hereby contest that he/she may participate in the Demolition Derby as above described on the 6th day of August 2006, and as his/her parent and natural guardian. We hereby release and discharge the said Big Horn County Fair, their officers, members, and agents and any and all other parties in interest from all claims, damages, grievances, and causes of action of every kind, nature of description which may occur as a result of my child participation which may occur as a result of my child participation in said Demolition Derby. It being fully understood that he/she will assume risk of injuries which he/she may receive.
